Customers can exchange all products purchased from www.clothy.pk within 2 weeks (after the shipment is received) only if:
- The delivered item(s) is defective &/or has missing accessories &/or wrong in size/article or a wrong item is dispatched.
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery of order via filling our form http://localhost/wordpress/contactform/abc.
- The customer will return the product as per instruction of our representative at the specified address of clothy.pk and the company will exchange/dispatch the required product after examination of the returned item as per the same previous dispatch procedure.
The list of scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges of products include, but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product colors may vary slightly (due to photographic lights impact or the screen resolutions, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
- Product is used
- The product has been tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, and order invoice.
- Clothy.pk herein intimate to not accept the parcel if it’s damaged or seal opened. Clothy.pk will not be responsible for such exchanges.
- Any excess material or fabric or embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product(s) unless mentioned in product details on the website.
- Cloth.pk doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased from any unauthorized sellers and individuals.
